推疣治疗联合干扰素凝胶治疗寻常疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨推疣疗法联合干扰素凝胶治疗寻常疣的疗效。方法将86例寻常疣患者随机分成两组,治疗组应用推疣治疗联合干扰素凝胶,对照组单独应用推疣治疗。结果治疗组痊愈率为83.72%,对照组为69.77%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率为16.28%,对照组为37.21%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推疣治疗联合干扰素凝胶治疗寻常疣复发低,长期疗效好。Objective To investigate the effect of blunt dissection combined with interferon gel in treating verruca vulgaffs. Methods 86 patients were divided into 2 group randomly. Blunt dissection combined with interferon gel was used in treatment group and blunt dissection was used in control only. Results The recovery rate in treatment group was 83.72% while in control group was 69.77% after 3-month treatment,there was no significent difference between them（P 〉0.05）. The recurrent rate in treatment group was 16.28% while in control group was 37.21%, there were significent difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions It is effective to use the combination therapy in the treatment of verruca vulgaris.
