摘 要:借助光学显微镜、透射电镜和X衍射分析仪研究了热处理前后低碳高硼铸钢和中碳高硼铸钢的组织变化;采用一次性摆锤式冲击试验机和ML-10型销盘磨损试验机,将热处理前后的高硼铸钢和高铬铸铁的硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性进行了对比实验。结果表明,950℃淬火加200℃回火热处理后低碳和中碳高硼铸钢的基体组织转变为板条马氏体,低碳高硼钢硼化物的形态没有明显变化,中碳高硼钢的硼化物发生了断网;热处理后中碳高硼铸钢和低碳高硼铸钢的耐磨性能都有所提高,中碳高硼铸钢热处理后的耐磨性要好于高铬铸铁,低碳高硼铸钢的耐磨性则不如高铬铸铁。In order to investigate the variety of low carbon high-boron cast steel (LHBS) and medium carbon high-boron cast steel (MHBS) before and after heat treatment, the optical microscopy (OM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used in experiment; also rockwell hardness tester, pendulum impact testing machine and ML-10 disk wear testing machine were utilized in this study for testing of corresponding properties. It was found that after water quenched at 950℃ and tempered at 200 ℃, both of MHBS and LHBS's matrix microstructure transform to lath martensite, but the boride form of LHBS does't change significantly and the boride network of MHBS breaks. The wear resistance of both MHBS and LHBS improves remarkably after heat treatment. The wear resistance of MHBS after heat treatment are better than high chromium cast iron, but the wear resistance of LHBS after heat treatment inferior to high chromium cast iron.
