摘　　要：对影响房地产质量的材料、隐蔽工程的质量检验进行了分析,总结了光电检测技术,特别是红外热像技术在有关方面的应用,并介绍了相应的工作原理,对房地产质量的无损检验具有一定的指导作用。This paper analyzes the material affecting the real estate quality and the quality test of hidden work, summarizes the application of photoelectric detection technology, especially the infrared imaging technology, in relevant aspects, and introduces its corresponding working principle, which can help the nondestructive examination of real estate quality.
