摘　　要：根据自激式水浴脱硫除尘器的结构及工作原理,分析了影响除尘效率、脱硫效率、烟气带水控制、液位控制、防腐耐磨等因素,对自激式水浴脱硫除尘器进行改造,同时增加省煤器换热面积,降低进入引风机尾部的烟气温度,杜绝了引风机振动。According to the structure and working principle of self-actuated water-bath desulfurization duster factors influencing the dust clean- ing efficiency, desulfurization efficiency, smoke control, fluid level control, anticorrosion and wear resistance are analyzed. Improvement is made on self-actuated water-bath desulfurization duster, at the same time coal economizer is added, which increase heat exchanging area, reduce the flue-gas temperature of exhaust fan and prevent the vibration of exhaust fan.
