固体超强酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2催化合成乙二酸二异戊酯的研究

摘  要:制备固体超强酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2,用于合成乙二酸二异戊酯,研究SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2对酯化反应的催化活性,以及反应温度,原料配比,催化剂用量和反应时间对乙二酸二异戊酯酯化率的影响.在优化条件下,乙二酸二异戊酯的酯化率达到94.53%.最佳条件如下:酸0.2mol,醇酸物质的量比为4:1.催化剂用量为2g,反应温度140℃,反应时间90min,带水剂用量为8mL.The solid super acid SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2 prepared as catalyst for synthesizing oxalic acid diisopentyl ester, and its activation as catalyst was examined during the related esterification process. The temperature, proportionment of raw materials, consumption of catalyst and time for reaction were investigated in detail. Under the optimizing condition , the efficiency of yield of oxalic acid diisopentyl ester reaches 94.53%. The optimum condition is as follows:the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 4 : 1 (acid 0.2mol), and 2g catalyst is consumed; the ended temperature reaches 140 ( C, and the total time is 90min when 8ml reagent for taking away the water is used.
