摘　　要：随着人们对网络的依赖性越来越大，人们对网络管理维护的要求也越来越高，如何保证网络的稳定安全运行已经成为计算机网络领域需要解决的主要问题之一．本文介绍了新旧网络的差异、现代计算机网络所面临的挑战，并提供了建立网管维护解决方案、培训优秀网络管理员的方法．As we are getting more and more depending on the computer network, we are bring forward more and more demands on the management of it, it has become an important issue, how to guarantee the network operating stably. And this issue is also one of the major problems to be resolved by the computer networks. This paper gives the difference of the new and old network, challenge for facing of the modem network. And provides the method of bow to establish the network management solution, train outstanding network administrator.
