郑和下西洋的深远意义

摘　　要：郑和远航开辟亚非航线,比15世纪晚期到17世纪中期的"地理大发现"早上80多年.如果郑和首先发现美洲进一步被证实,那么,郑和的创举有更深远的意义.郑和把中国古代发达的物质文明和精神文明传遍世界,对中国地理学发展产生了重大的影响.郑和在南京的遗迹保存较完好,成为南京三大风光带之一景,为古都南京建成"融古都风貌与现代文明的滨江城市"的目标增添光彩,对提高南京城市的文化品位有着特殊的意义.Zheng He made important contributions to the progress of mankind in history. Six hundred years ago, at the dge of sailing ships, Zheng He opened up Asian-African sea routes. This marked a milestone in the history of ocean navigation. Compared with ＂The Age of Discovery＂ that we need the same initiative, the same pioneering spirit and the same indomitable will to combat hardships and difficulties in order to make our world still more peaceful and prosperous. To commemorate Zheng He＇s voyages numerous historic relics in Nanjing have been preserved and repaired, such as Zheng He Park, Jing Hai Temple, Tian Fei Palace, Long Jiang Treasure Ship Building Site, Zheng He＇s voyages. They are also places where the humiliating Nanjing Treaty was signed following the defeat of the Opoum War. So they are important historic relics of modern Chinese history and good sites is situated by the side telics such as anchors pertaining to Zheng He＇s voyages. ＂Culture is the soul of cities. ＂ These relics add rich cultroal content to Nanjing city. They constitule one of the thrdd major scenery regions of Nanjing the Riverside Scenes Region （ the other two regions are Ming City Walls and Qin Huai City as a great historic and cultural metropolis.
