摘　　要：小康社会要注重精神文明建设.通过发展农村体育文化,改善大众的身体素质和精神素质,为社会进步提供精神动力和文化支持.In the well off society, we must pay attention to building of spiritual civilization. We can develop the rural sports to improve the public physical and mental quality, which can provide the spiritual power and cultural support for the social progress.
