多带激励语音编码及其在宽带语音上的实现

摘　　要：多带激励(MBE)语音编码算法采用一种新的激励频谱,突破了二元激励的局限性,较好的解决了合成语音自然度不够以及抗噪声能力差的问题,是目前低速率语音编码较理想的方案.本文阐述了MBE在宽带语音上的仿真实现方法,并对算法提出了一些改进措施.最后给出了仿真结果,根据结果对该算法的性能进行了分析.该算法合成的语音具有良好的清晰度和可懂度.MBE applies a new excitation spectrum, thus it provides high quality speech reproduction for both clean and noisy speech. It is a relatively ideal speech coding algorithm at low rate. This paper illustrates the simulation of MBE encoder on wide-band speech. Besides, some improved measures are proposed. At last, the author provides the result of the simulation. Based on the simulation of the algorithm, the application of the algorithm is analyzed. The result shows the synthetical speech is of high definition and understandable.
