摘　　要：本文介绍了以烟草茎段为起始培养材料的组织培养实验中有关外植体的采集、清洗、消毒过程中的实验技巧,和烟草试管苗的增殖、生根方法;还介绍以烟草叶作为外植体,直接诱导不定芽,进而培养成完整烟草植株的方法,用烟草叶片诱导不定芽是进行基因工程操作的一种很好的再生系统.This article introduced some experimental techniques in the process of gathering, cleaning and disinfecting the plant in tissue culture beginning with the stem of tobacco, and presented some methods of mass propagation of test-tube tobacco. In addition, tobacco leaves, the outer body of plants, were induced to be infinite buds directly before they were cultivated to be the tobacco plants in this article. This process quite fits for the tobaccos to carry on the regenerative system of gene engineering.
