室内诱导草履虫接合生殖的研究

摘　　要：本文就尾草履虫(Paramaecium caudatum)的室内诱导结合生殖方法做了研究.采集室外自然水体中的尾草履虫,在试管中加入等量的猪肝培养液,移入不同数量的草履虫,以研究虫体密度和结合生殖之间的关系,旨在提供一个诱导草履虫接合生殖的好办法,以提高普通动物学实验教学质量.Indoor inducing methods of Paramaecium. caudatum mass conjugation were discussed in this paper. In the experiment, P caudatum was collected from outdoor water body, dropped pig liver culture solution equally into the test tubes, polypide with different numbers were added into the test tubes respectively in order to investigate the relationship between pelypide density and conjugation proportion. The purpose of this experiment is to provide a simple and quick inducing method to improve the teaching quality of experimental zoology.
