复方苦参结肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热型)40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的复方苦参结肠溶胶囊治疗40例溃疡性结肠炎(湿热型)临床疗效观察。方法40例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用随机双盲法分成试验组和对照组。试验组30例,服用复方苦参结肠溶胶囊,1日3次,1次4粒,艾迪莎模拟剂,1次1g,1日4次,口服;对照组10例,服用艾迪莎,1次1g,1日4次,复方苦参结肠溶胶囊模拟剂,1日3次,1次4粒。两组在此期间均停用相关治疗的药,8周为1个疗程,均服用1个疗程后观察。结果试验组30例,临床治愈2例,显效17例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组10例,治愈1例,显效4例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率80.0%;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参结肠溶胶囊与艾迪莎治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热型)均疗效确切,但复方苦参结肠溶胶囊疗效明显优于艾迪莎。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Kushen enteric-coated capsules in treating 40 clinical cases of ulcerative colitis（heat and dampness type）. Methods 40 clinic patients were divided randomly into the test group and the control group. 30 patients in the test group took compound Kushen enteric-coated capsules three times a day,4 capsules per time and simulated agents of Ai Disha four times a day,1 g per time. 10 patients in the control group took Ai Disha four times a day,1 g per time and simulated agents of compound Kushen entericcoated capsules three times a day,4 capsules per time. During this period the related treatment drug were suspended in both the two groups. The clinical effects were observed after a treatment course of eight weeks. Results In the test group of 30 cases,the cured cases were 2,the markedly effective cases were 17,the effective cases were 8, 3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate is 90.0 %. In the control group the cured cases were 1,the markedly effective cases were 4,the effective cases were 3 and the ineffective cases were 2,the total effective rate is 80.0%. There was a significant difference between the total effective rates of the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both the compound Kushen enteric-coated capsules and the Ai Disha are effective in treating ulcerative colitis（heat and dampness type）,but the compound Kushen enteric-coated capsules is better than Ai Disha.
