127例美沙酮维持治疗患者的高危行为及血常规变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解关沙酮维持治疗患者的高危行为及血常规变化情况。方法对127例在攀枝花市第三人民医院美沙酮维持治疗门诊持续治疗6个月以上的患者的一般情况、药物滥用情况、维持治疗剂量、高危行为及血常规变化情况等进行分析。结果127例患者中男86例（67．7％），女41例（32．3％）；20～29岁年龄段女性明显多于男性（P〈0．01）；30～39岁年龄段男性明显多于女性（P〈0．05）。参加维持治疗6个月后用毒次数及使用毒品量明显减少（P〈0．01）；吸毒、注射毒品及共用注射器等高危行为显著降低（P〈0．01）。WBC增高、HGB及RBC降低有明显改善（P〈0．05）结论在美沙酮维持治疗期间进行医学关注治疗相关躯体疾病并进行心理干预非常必要。Objective To underst and the curer＇s high-risk behavior and blaod routine change in methadone meinlenance treatment. Methods From September, 2007 to February, 2009,in the outpatient service, 127 cases accepted the maintenance treatment of methadone for above continual 6 months were analyzed. The analysis included curer＇s general condition,drug abuse,maintenance therapeutic dose, high-risk behavior and blood routine change and so on. Results 127 cases includes 86 males （67.7%） and 41 females（32.3%）. In 20-29 years old of age section,the female was more than the male obviously （P〈0.01）;in 30-39 years old of age section, the male was more than the female obviously（P〈0.05）. To participate in the maintenance treatment 6 months later,the number of times and the quantity of using narcotics reduced obviously （P〈0.01） ;the high-risk behaciour, such of taking drugs,injecting nar- cotics and sharing the same syringe obviously reduced（P〈0.01）. WBC increased, HGB and RBC reduce had the distinct improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the maintenance treatment of methadone,it is very essential for our doctors to carry on the medicine attention , treat related physical sickness and carry on the psychological intervention.
