摘　　要：本文对江苏省海洋生物技术重点实验室在实验室建设、管理、人才培养、对外开放等方面取得的经验进行总结。海洋生物技术重点建设实验室的建立在推动学科建设、提高教师科研积极性、培养学生动手操作能力和创新能力及推动地方经济发展中发挥了重要的作用。The Jiangsu key labortory of marine biotechnology＇ s experiences in construction, administration, cultivating talent, opening up, etc. have been sumed up. The important roles of the marine biotechnology labortory have been played in promoting subject construction, enhancing teacher＇ s enthusiasm of scientific research, undergraduates＇ hands-on capability and innovation ability, accelerating development of local economy, and so on.
