摘　　要：文章论述了高等学校加强实验教学队伍建设的必要性,分析了国内高校实验教学队伍建设存在的问题,总结了学校实验室管理体制改革对实验教学队伍建设的推动作用,提出了下一步加强实验教学队伍建设的新举措。The article elaborated the necessity of the college experimental teaching troop construction and analyzed the existent problems of the present university laboratory troop construction. It also introduced the effect of school laboratory management system reformation to the promotion of tests the teaching troop construction ,and proposed the new action to strengthen the experiment teaching troop construction.
