摘　　要：[目的]总结对非洲伤寒肠穿孔手术病人进行围术期护理的经验。[方法]回顾性分析非洲尼日尔马拉迪省医院2008年11月—2009年3月收治的40例伤寒肠穿孔手术病人的临床资料。[结果]40例伤寒肠穿孔病人经过围术期的整体护理,术后痊愈38例,死亡2例,均死于中毒性休克合并器官功能衰竭。[结论]通过对伤寒肠穿孔的手术病人在围术期进行整体护理,可以预防或减少术后并发症,提高病人手术治疗效果。Objective： It summarized perioperative nursing experiences of ty phoid fever patients complicating with intestinal perforation undergoing oper- ation in Africa. Methods：Clinical data of 40 typhoid fever patients complica- ting with intestinal perforation treated in Maradi Hospital of Niger in Africa from November 2008 to March 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： After perioperative holistic nursing, among all patients, 38 cases have been healed. Only 2 cases died of toxic shock and MSOF. Conclusion：To carry out holistic nursing for typhoid fever patients complicating with intestinal perfo- ration during perioperative period in Africa can prevent or reduce postopera- tive complications. And it could enhance therapeutic effect of patients accep- ting operations.
