护理干预对高危人群健康意识与健康行为的影响

摘　　要：[目的]了解高危人群的生活方式及健康意识,指导其健康的生活方式。[方法]应用自行设计的高危人群调查表,对200名高危人群进行调查,并有针对性的采取健康教育。[结果]33.0%～63.5%的人群不知道自己的血压、血糖、血脂值。34.0%的人平时不注意自身健康的。48.7%的居民会根据自身的健康状况选择有益于健康的饮食与运动。护理干预前后两组居民健康意识和健康行为差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]居民的健康意识较差,社区工作人员加强健康教育后,帮助高危人群纠正了不健康的行为方式,改变了不良习惯,促进其健康。Objective： To know about the lifestyle and health awareness of high--risk groups and to guide them to establish healthy life style. Meth- ods： A total of 200 high--risk groups were investigated by adopting self-- designed high--risk groflp questionnaire, and the targeted health education was taken for them. Results： Population did not know their own blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid values ranged from 33% to 63.5%. And 33.4% of them usually pay no attention to their own health. However, 48.7 % of residents selected healthy diet and exercise according to their own health con- dition. There were statistical significances in terms of data analysis of health awareness and health behaviors of residents between before and after nursing intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The health awareness of the residents was poor. To strengthen health education of community staff could help the high - risk groups to correct their unhealthy behaviors and to change ill hab- its, and to promote their health.
