颈椎病病人综合护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合护理干预对颈椎病病人的影响。[方法]将2008年10月─2009年4月康复科住院的颈椎病病人116例随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组行常规护理;干预组在常规护理的基础上行综合护理干预,观察两组病人护理效果。[结果]干预组、观察组有效率分别为96.6%,82.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对颈椎病病人进行综合护理干预,能有效改善颈椎病病人症状,提高临床疗效。Objective： To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients, with cervical spondylosis. Methods： A total of 116 inpatients with cervical spondylosis in rehabilitation department from Octo ber 2008 to April 2009 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Patients in control group received routine nursing. Patients of intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine nursing. Then the efficiencies of the two groups cases were compared. Results： The effective rates of intervention group and control group were 96. 6% and 82.8% respectively. There was statistical significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively improve symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients and enhance their clinical effect.
