摘  要:为探讨简易诊断柴油机气门间隙异常的有效方法,采用柴油机缸盖表面的振动信号进行试验研究。采集了柴油机在不同气门间隙下的振动信号,用时域法和频域法相结合的分析方法对故障特征信号进行分析,得出了气门间隙异常的频率特性和判断依据。结果表明,采用振动检测技术可以实现不拆卸配气机构就可简易诊断柴油机气门间隙异常故障。In order to find effective methods of easily diagnosing the abnormal state of diesel engine valve clearances,an experimental study on using cylinder cap's surface vibration signal has been shown in this paper. The vibration signals at different valve clearances are mainly tested and measured. The methods of time-domain and frequency-domain are used to analyze them. Frequency characteristics and identifying methods of the abnormal state of engine valve clearances are brought out. The results show that vibration monitor can diagnose the troubles of abnormal state of diesel engine valve clearance without disassemblage and easy to be used in on-line monitoring.
