摘　　要：针对神华宁夏煤业集团自备燃煤动力站工程调试项目,探讨了P3管理软件在电厂多机炉调试中的应用。应用实例表明,采用P3软件进行调试管理,可使多机炉系统调试进度得到有效控制,达到调试工作量的正确估算,加强工程与调试接口的管理,并能克服工期变化的影响,最终保证调试项目按期、高质量地完成。In the light of commissioning project for the power plant in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry, the article discusses the subject that how to optimize the management of the commissioning project with boiler-turbine units by sufficiently utilizing P3 project schedule management software. The bright point of using P3 software in this project is that, tracing the whole commissioning period, the problems of overlapping work groups was solved, and the common target of the whole commissioning system is achieved, which is to chase maximum profit by rationally compressing commissioning time schedule under the conditions of quality guaranteed.
