摘  要:目的探讨使用免疫抑制比浊法在自动生化分析仪上测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1 c)的实验效果。方法选取50例糖尿病患者和健康人的EDTA-K_2全血标本,使用Roche MODULAR PPI生化分析仪检测样本HbA_1c,对HbA_1c检测方法进行批内、批间变异及线性范围进行研究,并与G7糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行方法学比较实验。结果该方法的批内与批间平均变异系数分别为2.0%和3.7%,HbA_1c在3.5%~21.0%范围内线性良好。与G7糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行方法学比较,回归方程为y=0.991x-0.06,r=0.989。结论自动生化分析仪免疫抑制比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白准确性、精密度高,适合临床开展,可为糖尿病患者的治疗、预后提供准确的检测依据。Objective To evaluate immunosuppression turbidimetry method for deteriming the glycated hemoglobin by automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods 50 whole blood specimens from 25 diabetes patients and 25 healthy people were detected for HbAlc by the Roche MODULAR PPI biochemical analyzer. We calculated the intra-and inter--coefficient of variation and the linear range of the research,and compard these with those by G7 glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer. Results The average intra-and inter-coefficients of variation were 2.0% and 3.7% for the method. HbA1c was within 3.5%- 21.0% range of good linearity. Compared with the glycated hemoglobin analyzer G7 method, the regression equation was y = 0. 991x-0. 06, r = 0. 989. Conclusions Immunosuppression turbidimetry method for determining glycated hemoglobin by automatic analyzer has high accuracy and precision. It is suitable for routine clinical use.
