摘　　要：本文首先介绍城市在国民经济中的地位和作用以及城市主要灾害类型和危害,然后全面阐述城市减灾综合防治的概念和具体实施要求,并通过国内外十大灾后重建城市的简述,说明城市灾后重建的指导思想等相关问题。This paper introduces the city＇s position and role of the national economy as well as the city＇s main disaster types and hazards, and then a comprehensive exposition of the concept of integrated control of urban disaster reduction and the specific implementation requirements, and through domestic and international top ten cities in brief post-disaster reconstruction, Note the guiding ideology of urban post-disaster reconstruction and other related issues.
