摘　　要：在知识经济时代,我国图书馆必须积极转型和创新发展。本文通过分析美国国会图书馆的管理模式,结合图书馆现实存在的问题,提出了新形势下我国图书馆管理的NMC(Notion,Mode,Circum-stance)模式,从管理理念、管理方式与外在环境3个方面展开讨论了图书馆未来创新发展的主要思路。In the era of knowledge economy, the libraries in China must make active transformations and encourage innovative development. By analyzing the management mode of the US Library of Congress and in consideration of the existent problems in libraries in China, this paper puts forward the NMC （Notion, Mode and Circum- stance） mode of library management in China in the new circumstances, attempting to open up discussions on the ideas of encouraging innovative development in libraries in future in terms of management concept, management method and exterior circumstance.
