摘　　要：文章从知识管理的视角出发,基于技术路线图的绘制过程,分析了其中包含的知识类别和知识流程,进而构建了知识流动模型;从获取知识、整合知识、创新知识3个角度阐述了技术路线图绘制过程中的知识管理活动,较为具体地探讨了其中的知识管理流程优化和知识管理质量提高的方法。From the perspective of knowledge management and based on the TRM drawing process, this paper analyzes the categories of knowledge and the knowledge flow in TRM, and then constructs a model of knowledge flow. From the angles of knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge innovation, the paper also ex- patiates on the knowledge management activities in TRM drawing process and discusses the methods of optimizing the knowledge management process and improving the quality of knowledge management in TRM.
