摘　　要：专利地图是企业专利情报分析利用的一种辅助工具,是企业知识产权管理和制定实施专利战略的有效手段。本文通过专利地图与企业专利战略之间关联及其在专利战略中作用的分析研究,阐述了专利地图在企业专利战略中的重要性,以及如何有效利用专利地图为企业制定实施专利战略提供服务。Patent map is an auxiliary tool for enterprises to analyze and use patent information, and an effective means for enterprises to manage intellectual property and formulate and implement patent strategies. Based on the study of the relationship between patent map and enterprise patent strategy, and the role of patent map in patent strategy, this paper expatiates on the importance of patent map in enterprise patent strategy, and how to effectively utilize patent map to formulate enterprise patent strategies.
