摘　　要：高校图书馆开展面向知识创新的知识服务是提高图书馆竞争力的重要保障。本文就知识服务的含义、特点,根据高校图书馆用户需求的特点,制订高校图书馆知识服务创新体系的建设目标,提出资源、文化、管理、技术、知识服务平台与服务模式、人力资源等6个方面的保障体系建设。That university libraries provide knowledge service for knowledge innovation is an important guarantee for enhancing their competitiveness. Considering the meanings and characteristics of knowledge service, and in accordance with the characteristics of user demand in university libraries, this article establishes the goals for constructing the university library knowledge service innovation system, and puts forward the guarantee system from six aspects such as resources, culture, management, technology, knowledge service platform and mode, and human resources.
