摘　　要：该文利用软件Vissim对天津开发区现代服务产业区地下交通空间的交通进行模拟建模,并通过vissim得出的一系列路网性能指标,如路网平均车速、路网延误总和、停车率、排队长度等,并与定性分析进行综合比较,讨论Vissim在实际工程利用中的方法与意义。The article uses the software Vissim to simulate the traffic of underground space in the modern service industrial area of Tianjin Development Area and sets up the model. A series of the road network performance indexes are given by Vissim, i.e. average driving speed of road network, delay summation of road network, stop frequency, lining length and etc. The article comprehensively compares with the qualitative analysis and discusses the methods and meanings of Vissim used in the practical projects.
