HPLC分析秦艽多糖的单糖组成

摘　　要：采用水提醇沉法提取陕西产秦艽多糖,经三氟乙酸水解,水解产物用衍生化试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮柱前衍生化后进行高效液相色谱分析.结果表明,秦艽多糖含有甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖七种单糖,其摩尔比为0.06∶0.25∶0.03∶1.00∶1.23∶0.87∶3.52.The polysaccharide from the root of Gentiana macrophylla Pall. was extracted by hot distilled water, and then precipitated by alcohol, and hydrolyzed by TFA. The hydrolysate derivatizated with PMP and the PMP derivatives were analysed by HPLC. Results showed that the polysaccharide was consisted of mannose, rhamnose, glucuronie acid, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arahonose, their molar ratio was 0. 06 ： 0.25 ： 0. 03 ： 1.00 ： 1.23 ： 0.87 ： 3.52.
