摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国农业利用外商直接投资(FDI)取得了较大成就,但也面临许多问题,对此理论界看法不一。本文的目的在于对改革开放以来我国农业利用FDI的实践进行回顾和总结,并对国内外相关的理论研究成果和进展进行梳理。通过对实践的回顾和总结,指出今后我国农业利用FDI的发展趋势,并提出了相应的研究建议。China has made great achievements in attracting FDI in agriculture since the reform, but some problems still exist. For this, most researchers make a lot of studies and give different concluding remarks. The aim of this paper is to review the experiences of China using FDI in agriculture since the reform and comment the current academic literature. Finally, some possible trends in using FDI in agriculture for the future are presented and some relating suggestions for further study are also provided.
