摘　　要：通过对我国外商直接投资流入最多的江苏和广东两省2005-2007年工业经济行业内数据的实证分析,比较了FDI对这两个省份本土工业的技术溢出效应。结果表明FDI的技术溢出效应在地区间、产业间均存在着差异性,文章剖析了其产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为这些地区乃至全国更好地发挥FDI对本土工业的技术溢出效应提供有益思路。This paper analyzes the technology spillover effect of FDI on Jiangsu and Guangdong domestic industry by using the data from 2005 to 2007. It finds that there are regional and industrial differences of technology spillovers of FDI between the two provinces. The paper analyzes the reasons and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to offer some beneficial thoughts to meet the improvement of the technology spillover effect of FDI on the two regions, even on the whole country.
