摘  要:本文采用正交试验法,主要探讨了焦油酚-苯酚-甲醛共缩聚树脂的原料配比及合成工艺,并借助凝胶色谱(GPC)仪测定了焦油酚的平均分子量。研究结果表明:用焦油酚替代30%的苯酚合成胶合性能优异的酚胶是可行的。通过合理地调整原料配比及合成工艺参数,其胶合性能满足GB9846-88Ⅰ类合板和JAS特类合板的要求,其平均胶合强度分别为1.26MPa和1.22MPa,平均木材破坏率分别为50%和65%。In this paper, the formation and synthesis process of tar-phenols-phenol-formaldehyde co-polymerization resin was investigated by orthogonal method, and average molecular weight of tar-phenol was determined by means of gel penetration chromatograph(GPC).The results indicated that it was feasibility that excellent performance phenolic resins had been synthesized with tar-phenol instead of 30 percent phenol. Bonding properties of plywood can met requirement of GB 9846-88 Ⅰ and JAS special plywood by adjusting ratio of raw materials and parameter of synthesizing technology reasonable, the average shear strength is 1 26MPa and 1 22MPa. the average wood failure rate is 50% and 65% respectively.
