摘　　要：光控光开关是未来全光通信网相关器件中的一个关键组成部分,开发光开关技术并使之小型化,对全光网来说是一个重要的挑战.由于光子晶体在光学集成方面所具有的独特优势,基于光子晶体的光控光开关已经成为国际上的一个研究热点.本文主要介绍了光子晶体的光控光开关的各种实现方法.Light-operated photoswiteh is a key part of AON, but to develop the light-operated photoswiteh and minimized the equipment is a challenge to AON. Based on the unique advantage of photonic crystal in the field of photics integration, photonic crystal based light-operated photoswitch has become a hotspot in the globe. In this article the author is going to introduce different ways to realize photonie crystal light-operated photoswitch.
