益母草膏配合西药治疗流产108例的处方剖析

摘　　要：目的：探讨益母草膏配合西药流产的临床疗效，为临床提供相关病例的治疗依据。方法：将08年3月-09年1月间在我院实施药物流产的108例病人分为治疗和对照两组，治疗组采用益母草膏配合西药流产，对照组采用纯西药流产，观察两组病人流产后胚胎组织排出情况，阴道出血时间，阴道出血量等各项生理指标。结果：治疗组在药流后胚胎组织排出情况，阴道流血时间，阴道流血量等各项生理指标中均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：益母草膏配合西药流产，相比纯西药流产方法具有其独特的优势。Objective： To investigate clinical effect of the medical abortion accompanied by Herba Leonuri, provide case support for relative clinical study. Methods： 108 cases of medical abortion patients were collected from Mar. 08 to Jan. 09 in our hospital, they were divided to treated group and control group by whether they were treated by western medical accompanied with Herba Leonuri or just western medical alone. Discharge situation of embryonic tissue, vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume will be record after their treatment. Results： The treated group had significant difference compare to the control group in discharge situation of embryonic tissue, vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume, get p - value 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： Medical abortion accompanied by Herba Leonuri and their advantage compare to pure medical abortion.
