摘　　要：目的探讨胶囊内镜检查的准备及临床护理。方法对53例行胶囊内镜检查的患者进行术前、术中、术后护理进行回顾性分析、总结。结果53例患者共行53次检查，所有检查都获得了较为满意的诊断结果，且术中无明显不适、术后无并发症发生。结论胶囊内镜检查安全方便，辅以适当的护理，可使检查进行得更加顺利。Objective To explore the preparation and clinical nursing of the capsule endoscopy. Methods Retrospective analysis in 53 patients that underwent the capsule endoscopy examination, including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing. Results 53 patients received 53 examinations, and all the examination resulted in good outcomes. There was no complain of uncomfortable and no complication. Conclusion The capsule endoscopy is safe and convenient. If assisted by a proper nursing, the examination will carry on smoothly.
