儿童原发性鼻出血258例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部应用糖皮质激素与抗生素软膏治疗儿童原发性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法:对临床258例儿童原发性鼻出血分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组局部应用地塞米松溶液滴鼻配合红霉素软膏涂抹鼻中隔易出血区,对照组单纯用红霉素软膏外涂。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.81%,对照组为67.59%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:糖皮质激素通过抑制鼻变态反应促进鼻中隔糜烂出血创面的愈合,对儿童原发性鼻出血疗效显著。Objective： To study the former group were treated with dexamethasone and erythromyoin eye ointment topically. Methods ：258 case ofnasal bleeding children were divided into therapy - group and control - group, the former group were treated with dexamethasone and erythromyoin eye ointment topically, the latter with erythromyoin eye ointmentonly. Results ： Thecurative effect of therapy - group is muchhigher than ttatof control-group is significant difference（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Glucocorticoid hormone can promote the erase nasal septum mucosa heal trrough inhiting the allergic reaction, so glucocorticoid has great curative effect onprimary child nasal bleeding.
