摘  要:在一台RicardoE6可变压缩比火花点燃式单缸试验机上,研究了燃用汽油和天然气时,在不同转速、空燃比、压缩比工况下发动机的动力性、经济性及CO、HC、NOx等排放指标的变化规律。A single cylinder Ricardo E6 variable compression ratio research engine was used to examine the performance and emissions for operation with gasoline and natural gas. Engine speed, air fuel ratio and compression ratio were varied. Experimental results showed that natural gas had leaner misfire limits than the gasoline. Brake power was found to decrease with natural gas even at a higher compression ratio (13∶1) compared with gasoline operation at 8 5∶1. At speeds below 2 500 r/min, the brake thermal efficiency of natural gas at higher compression ratio was however higher than the baseline gasoline engine. Measured emission data indicated that at almost all operating conditions, natural gas gave less total unburnt hydrocarbon than gasoline. Higher nitrogen oxides emissions were produced with natural gas operation at the higher compression ratio than with gasoline operation.
