摘　　要：随着计算机技术和通信技术的飞速发展,办公自动化的概念不再局限于单纯的办公室事务及文档处理,它已发展成为基于Internet/Intranet平台、以数据库为核心的网络化办公自动化系统。办公自动化系统合理有效地利用各种设备,向综合、高效、无纸、智能的目标前进,完善了办公环境,提高了办公效率,最大限度地把人从繁杂的事务性劳动中解放出来。Along with the rapid development of computers technology and communications technology, the concept of Office Automation will be no longer limited in the simple office business and documents processing, it has developed to the networkized Office Automation System as the core of database based on Internet/flntranet platform. Office Automation System utilizes reasonably a various equipment toward the integrated, high-efficient, paperless, and intelligent goals, and improves the office environment, raises the office efficiency and maximizes to liberate the people＇s labor from complex affairs.
