摘 要:阐述了径向辗环的孔型形式及闭式孔型辗环生产汽车、拖拉机后桥从动锥齿轮坯的优点;给出了闭式孔型辗环的模具设计、工装尺寸及力能参数计算公式;研制了Ф500型辗环机;根据模锻、开式及闭式孔型辗环等方法生产Ф381mm齿轮坯技术经济指标比较结果,指出闭式孔型辗环是机械制造业中生产大型齿轮坯净形锻件的先进工艺。The type of groove in radial ring rolling was described in this paper, and the advantage of manufacturing passive bevel gear blank on differential of automobile or tractor in closed groove of radial ring rolling. Die design ways ,formulae of calculating tools equipments dimensions and force and energy were introduced. Then Ф500 Gear Blank Ring Rolling Machine which is used for closed groove ring rolling were researched and produced. Ф381mm gear blanks were manufactured in impression die forging, opened and closed groove ring rolling. The results of an economic coefficient parameter comparison showed that closed groove ring rolling is an advanced technology which is suitable for manufacturing the net shape forging of large gear blanks.
