AECA与CRP在妊娠高血压疾病发病中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨抗内皮细胞抗体(Antiendothelial cell antibodies,AECA)与妊娠高血压综合症(PIH)发病的相关性,并探讨AECA与CRP二者间的关系。方法选择孕晚期子痫前期患者(PIH)42例作为实验组,正常孕晚期30例为对照组。用ELINSA法测血清AECA水平,散射比浊法测CRP定量。结果两组的AECA水平比较,病例组AECA水平明显高于对照组,独立样本T(t=4.082,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义;CRP含量在妊娠高血压疾病组与正常妊娠组中的差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。CRP与AECA定量检查未发现相关性。结论妊娠高血压疾病患者血清中AECA含量较正常孕妇明显增高,提示AECA可作为诊断妊娠期高血压疾病的指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the AECA, CRP and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods This study in 72 late pregnancy women included two groups ： 42 patiens were miscarriages（ PIH group） and 30 control subjects with normal pregnancies. The AECA and CRP level were detected in all cases. Results Compare the preeclampsia patients with normal, the AECA level showed a significant diference, t =4. 581 ,P =0. 000. The level of CRP was negatively in two groups, and it was not associated with the AECA too,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The AECA level in the serum with preeclampsia patients for their late pregnancy is significantly higher than normal pregnant women, suggesting the AECA can be used as the diagnostic testing in dicators for the preeclampsia.
