摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎滑脱的MSCT表现及临床意义。方法对107例腰椎滑脱的MSCT表现进行回顾性分析。结果107例腰椎滑脱中,椎弓崩裂性滑脱27例,退变性滑脱80例。所有患者的各种滑脱程度在矢状位重组图像中可以得到类似普通X线侧位片的直观显示,椎弓崩裂性滑脱在旁矢状面重建中可见直接的峡部不连征象。结论应用MSCT诊断腰椎滑脱可大大提高诊断的准确性和及时性,为选择正确治疗腰椎滑脱提供了有力的依据。Objective To investigate the performance of spondylolisthesis of MSCT and clinical significance. Method 107 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis of were accepted MSCT retrospective analysis of the performance. Results In 107 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis 27 cases of crack. 80 cases of degenerative spondylolisthesis. All patients with various degree of spondylolisthesis sagittal images reorganization could be similar to ordinary X-ray film of lateral visual display. SpondyMysis and spondylo- listhesis in the next to crack sagittal reconstruction of the isthmus could be seen directly without signs. Conclu- sion Application of spondylolisthesis MSCT diagnosis can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy and timeliness of choosing the right treatment for spondylolisthesis to provide a strong basis.
