摘 要:通过对高压输电线路动模实验录波数据的分析,注意到振荡平息时,两侧电源之间的电势角度差有时会在180°左右停留一段较长的时间,这会导致目前常用的对称故障解锁方法失效,导致保护误动。针对这一情况,结合目前常用的振荡检测及解锁方法,提出了解决方法,通过两个电阻元件检测振荡速度,根据振荡速度实时地改变三相故障解锁判据的延时,较好地解决了这一问题。通过详尽的动模实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。Through the analysis of the dynamic model of HV transmission line recorded data, this paper points out that the angle between two source potentials of both sides of the line maybe remain as 180° for a relatively long time, which would fail the current swing block methods. A method is presented in this paper to solve such a problem, the swing speed is measured by the two resistance element real-timely, and the delay time of the swing unblock criterion is adjusted real-timely according to the real-time swing speed. The method is validated by the dynamic model data, simulation result shows that the presented method will not mal-operate during swing.
