摘 要:建立了考虑共因失效的多态系统可靠性优化模型,并对优化模型进行了求解。针对市场上可供选择单元的性能、可靠度和费用参数,建立了以系统费用最少为目标,以系统可靠度为约束条件的优化模型。利用通用生成函数法分析了考虑共因失效的多态系统可靠度计算问题,利用遗传算法分析了优化模型的求解问题,并且对比了不考虑共因失效时和考虑共因失效时所得到的优化结果。结果表明,在分析发生共因失效的多态系统可靠性冗余配置优化问题时,应更加注重所选择单元的可靠度而不仅仅是单元的冗余数量。An optimal model of multi--state system reliability in the presence of common cause failures was built and solved. The redundancy allocation problem was formulated with the objective of minimizing the cost in order to provide a desired level of reliability. The components were chosen from a list of products available in the market, which were characterized in terms of their nominal performance level, reliability and cost. The universal generating function was adapted to analyze the reliability of multi--state system, and the optimal model was solved using genetic algorithm. The results of redundancy allocation problem considering common cause failures were compared with ones of traditional redundancy allocation problem. The results show that the reliability of components is more important than redundancy for the redundancy allocation problem of multi- state systems subjected to common cause failures.
