残疾人就业的模式创新探索——以长春市有劳动能力的残疾人为例

摘　　要：创新是实现事业快速发展的不竭动力。残疾人事业和残疾人就业工作的快速发展同样需要从体制与模式的不断创新中获得动力。因此,在残疾人就业难的原因分析的基础上,探索具有特色的扩大残疾人就业的创新模式,对于开创我市残疾人事业的新局面,迅速提升我市残疾人的就业率和就业质量,都将起到积极的推动作用。Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force in the rapid development of achievement of career. The rapid development of the handicapped undertaking and its employment entails motivation from ceaseless innovation in system and pattern. Therefore, after the exploration of the characteristic innovation pattern for the handicapped employment, on the ba- sis of analysis of the reasons for the difficulty in the handicapped employment, the paper positively promotes inauguration of the handicapped undertaking in our city and prompt increase in the employment rate and quality of work.
