摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定抗感解毒颗粒中绿原酸、栀子苷和葛根素含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(8∶1∶91);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:238 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸、栀子苷和葛根素进样浓度分别在3.022~30.22,2.525~25.25,5.010~50.10μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率(n=9)分别为96.6%,97.9%,98.4%。结论:所建立的方法快速简便、灵敏,重现性良好,可用于抗感解毒颗粒的质量控制。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,jasminoidin and puerarin in Kanggan Jiedu granules.Methods:Separation of samples was achieved on a Kromasil C18 analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(8∶1∶91)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The method had good linear relationship in the ranges of 3.022-30.22 μg·mL-1 for chlorogenic acid,2.525-25.25 μg·mL-1 for jasminoidin,and 5.010-50.10 μg·mL-1 for puerarin(r=0.9999);The average recoveries(n=9)were 96.6%,97.9%,98.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is fast,simple,sensitive and can be used for quality control of Kanggan Jiedu granules.
