电炉使用铁水冶炼不锈钢母液提高炉龄的工艺实践

摘  要:分析了影响冶炼不锈钢的电炉炉龄的主要因素。通过选用高质量耐火材料,提高炉衬抗氧化和耐侵蚀性;采用约45%的铁水热装比优化配料模式,以及优化供电曲线以降低电能消耗;采用渣泡沫化技术改进造渣工艺等提高电炉炉龄综合控制技术,电炉炉龄明显提高。2008年平均炉龄为507炉,最高炉龄达到了790炉。电炉炉龄作为一项体现冶炼综合水平的指标,炉龄的提高表明电炉采用热装脱磷铁水冶炼不锈钢母液工艺日渐成熟。The main factors which influence the electric furnace service life for stainless steel smelting are analyzed. The electric furnace life was greatly increased by using high quality refractory materials to improve the oxidation resistance and erosion resistance of the furnace lining, adopting a hot metal charging rate of about 45 % to optimize the mixing mode, reducing power consumption through optimizing the curve of current supply, employing slag foaming technology to improve the slagging process, and etc. In 2008, the average life of electric furnaces was 507 heats, the longest reached 790 heats. Electric furnace life is an comprehensive index for the level of refining. The increase of electric furnace life indicates that the process of using dephosphorized hot metal in electric furnaces to smelting stainless mother liquid has become more and more mature.
