摘　　要：目的确定龙胆药材合理的采收期和加工条件,科学指导生产。方法采用Shimadzu C18色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（5.5∶94.5）,流速：0.8mL.min^-1;检测波长：235、270nm;柱温：40℃。结果8-10月,根中的獐牙菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷,基本上同步上升,也同步下降,8月后逐渐降低,9月时含量最低,10月以后含量逐步升高。结论通过考察不同时间龙胆药材的含量,确定了最佳采收期和加工条件。Objective A reasonable period of harvesting and processing conditions in Radix Gentiana Scabra Bge.by UPLC was established,which was the base for the plant and research in Radix Gentiana Scabra Bge.Methods Column： Shimadzu C18;mobile phase：Acetonitrile-0.4% Phosphorylation（5.5∶94.5）;flow： 0.8mL·min-1;detection wavelength：235nm,270nm;temperature：40℃.Results The content of Swertiamarin and Gentiopicroside in radix was rising,felling simultaneously,and decreased gradually in August.The minimum degree was in September,and was rising gradually after October.Conclusion The optimum harvest time and processing conditions was established through the study of medicine.
