摘　　要：目的建立以HPLC法测定柴连口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法采用kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（23∶77）,检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0mL.min^-1,柱温为室温。结果连翘苷进样量在0.2064-2.064μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.46%（n=9）。结论该方法简便,可行、重现性好,可作为柴连口服液的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of forsythin in Chailian Oral Liquid.Methods Kromasil C18 column was used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（23∶77） at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 277nm.The column temperature was maintained at room temperature.Results The calibration curve of forsythin was in good linearity over the range of 0.2064-2.064μg（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 99.2%,with RSD of 1.46%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Chailian Oral Liquid.
