炎立消片含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：目的改进炎立消片中原儿茶酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为UltimateTMXB-C18,流动相：甲醇-异丙醇-四氢呋喃-1.06%醋酸溶液（20∶8∶7∶950）,流速：1.0mL.min^-1,检测波长：258nm,柱温：25℃。结果原儿茶酸在0.024-0.204μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9998,n=6）,平均回收率：98.19%（n=9）,RSD=1.38%。结论该方法可用于炎立消片中原儿茶酸含量测定。Objective To improve the method of determination of protocatechic acid in Yanlixiao tablets.Methods A HPLC method was established by using UltimateTM XB-C18 column as analytical colum.The mobile phase was methanol-isopropanol-THF-1.06% acetic acid solution（20∶8∶7∶950）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and detection wavelength was at 258nm.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of protocatechic acid was 0.024～0.204μg（r=0.9998,n=6） and the recovery of the method was 98.19%（n=9） with RSD=1.38%.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of protocatechic acid in Yanlixiao tablets.
