摘　　要：本文介绍了两种简便易行、定量测定心肌肌红蛋白含量的方法。利用其中一种方法测定了大鼠心肌肌红蛋白含量。?Two simple, rapid and sensitive biochemistry methods were described for determination of myoglobin content. The myoglobin content of rat cardiac muscle was determined according to one of the methods. The effects of hypoxia (3 500m, 4w) on myoglobin content in rat ventricular myocardium were also observed.
