摘  要:在电力系统谐波分析中,模数转换(ADC)电路是影响系统检测性能的主要环节之一,AD73360具有六通道同时采样、十六位输出和采样频率可编程等优点,特别适合于电力系统谐波测量系统;基于FPGA的谐波分析系统具有逻辑控制能力强、信号处理实时性高和系统抗干扰能力强等特点;以Altera公司的DE2开发板为平台,实现了AD73360采样电路的硬件设计,在Quartus Ⅱ中用Veril-og HDL语言完成了AD73360与FPGA的接口设计,并实现了配置,同时给出了详细的配置流程图,实验证明了该方法的正确性。In analysis of power system harmonic, analog-to digital converter (ADC) circuit is one of the main links which affect detection performance of system. The AD73360 has advantages of six input-channel simultaneous sampling, sixteen-bit output, programmable sampiing frequency, etc. It is particularly suitable for power system harmonics measurement system. FPGA-based harmonic analysis system has features of good logic control ability, high real-time of signal processing, strong anti interference ability, etc. Hardware design of sampling circuit is realized with the platform of Altera's DE2 hoard. The interface design of AD73360 and FPGA is completed by using Verilog HDL language in Quartusll, and the configuration is achieved accompanied with detailed configuration flow chart. The correctness of the method is proved by experiment.
